Create saved searches and alerts
Turn repeat searches into an alert workflow that stays useful on auction day.
Updated: May 7, 2026
Save the intent, not the mood
Name saved searches by buyer lane: “TX clean-title Toyota trucks” is useful; “interesting trucks” is not. A clear name makes alerts easier to triage later.
Keep alert volume honest
If a saved search creates too many matches, tighten year, title, sale window, or location. If it creates nothing, loosen damage detail before changing the whole strategy.
Review changes, not just new rows
A lot that changed sale date, price, bid state, or freshness can matter more than a brand-new match. Treat alerts as decision updates, not a newsletter.
