Visitor path

You can read public pages, pricing, help, catalog previews, and VIN signals under these Terms.

Paid workspace path

Plan limits, trials, API access, alerts, briefs, and auction-day workflow depend on account entitlements.

1. What Lot Radar provides

Lot Radar provides normalized public auction listing data, VIN and lot decision support, dealer workflow tooling, client briefs, alerts, API access, and related operational features for business users.

2. What Lot Radar does not do

  • Lot Radar is not a broker, dealer, auction operator, transport provider, inspector, insurer, lender, repair shop, or legal/title adviser.
  • We do not place bids, buy vehicles, sell vehicles, guarantee title status, guarantee auction outcomes, or verify every source field independently.
  • Copart, IAAI, and other marks belong to their owners. Lot Radar is independent and not affiliated with Copart Inc. or IAA Inc.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • You are responsible for accurate account information, organization membership, role assignment, and keeping credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys unless caused by Lot Radar's breach of these Terms.
  • You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, evade access controls, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not resell raw data, expose API keys, impersonate auction operators, misrepresent source data, or use Lot Radar for unlawful activity.
  • Do not upload client content that is unlawful, invasive, discriminatory, malicious, or outside your authority to share.

5. Auction data and decisions

Auction listings, bid information, sale dates, prices, media, title information, damage descriptions, and freshness signals may be delayed, incomplete, changed by the source, or unavailable. You are responsible for final inspection, due diligence, bidding decisions, purchase decisions, and compliance with auction rules.

6. Plans, trials, billing, and limits

  • Plans, trials, pricing, balances, entitlements, and limits are shown in the product and may change prospectively.
  • Some features may be gated, metered, rate-limited, suspended, or unavailable based on plan, role, payment status, abuse controls, or server support.
  • Taxes, invoices, refunds, prorations, payment methods, and subscription changes are handled through the billing provider and account settings.

7. API use

  • API access is for approved customer integrations and is subject to authentication, rate limits, plan limits, and documentation.
  • You must protect API keys and may not publish, share, or embed them in client-side code.
  • We may rotate, suspend, or revoke API credentials to protect the service, customers, or source systems.

8. Customer and client content

You retain responsibility for briefs, notes, comments, share links, bid confirmations, and client information entered into Lot Radar. You grant Lot Radar permission to process that content to provide the service, support, security, and related workflow features.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Lot Radar reliable, but the service may change, degrade, or be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, source changes, abuse controls, or incidents. We may update features, limits, and these Terms as the product evolves.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Lot Radar is provided as a business decision-support tool, not as a guarantee of vehicle condition, title, value, or auction result. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lot Radar is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for vehicle purchase outcomes.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, or activity that threatens the service. You may stop using Lot Radar or request account deletion through account settings or support.

12. Governing terms

If a signed order form, data-processing agreement, or written enterprise agreement applies to your organization, that document controls where it conflicts with these online Terms.
