Freshness, missing lots, and photos
What to check when a lot looks stale, photos do not load, or source data changed.
Updated: May 7, 2026
Check the source timing first
Auction data can change at the source. Before reporting a stale lot, refresh the source page and compare sale date, status, bid state, title, and photos.
Photos can be delayed or signed
Media URLs may use signed delivery and documented variants. If a photo fails, note the lot id, source, time, and whether all variants or only one size failed.
Send support the useful facts
A good report includes lot id, VIN if available, source, page URL, expected value, actual value, screenshot if useful, and the time you checked. Do not send API keys or credentials.
