What to do when verification email is late, requests are limited, or login is blocked.

Email can lag
Check spam and wait a few minutes before retrying. Multiple rapid retries can make support triage harder and may trigger abuse controls.
Rate limits protect the service
Public VIN, search, auth, and support endpoints can enforce abuse checks. If legitimate work is blocked, contact support with the page URL and approximate time.
Do not bypass account locks
If an account is locked or a login looks suspicious, use the support flow. Do not share credentials, cookies, or screenshots containing secrets.
